FREE Frozen Themed Stroller Strides Class and Playgroup

Join Fit4Mom Marin on Thursday, September 20th for a very special "Frozen" themed Stroller Strides class and playgroup.  While the moms get a great workout, the kids will be entertained with the music of Frozen and more!  After class, we will have an "icy" playgroup for everyone to enjoy!  You don't want to miss this!  

Class is held at 9:30am at the San Rafael Civic Center Lagoon Park. We meet on the grass behind the bathrooms (near the playground) on Armory Drive.  Stroller Strides is an all levels class suitable for moms with kids in Strollers.  Costumes are encouraged, but not mandatory!
