PILATES: Pilates exercises develop improved core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance. Pilates rings and blocks are used to develop improved balance, flexibility, stability and muscle tone. Modifications will be offered for beginning to advanced students. The benefits are minimized injury risk and facilitated rehabilitation for those recovering from injury.
