History for Half Pints: Bike Month, Storytelling, and Spring Crafts

As the Bay Area cool weather dies down and the rainy season ends, it is time to talk about being outside and in the great outdoors! Join us for a day of activities, including:
12:00PM: Storytime with Teresa
Join us for a special half hour of storytime with Screen Actors Guide (SAG) Book Pal, Teresa!
1:00PM: Dance Workshop!
Explore elements of creative movement through self- expression and play! Join Claudia Anata for a 30 minute class focused on developing self awareness, problem solving skills and fun through movement exploration. The class will begin with a rigorous and engaging warm up and progress to group choreography centered around mindful performance practices.Ages 3-9 welcome. Parents are encouraged to attend with younger children.

Design your own miniature vintage bike!
Be inspired by bikes (and bikers) throughout California history and draw or build your own with CHS craft supplies.
Design your own Sailboat!
Your spring will be smooth sailing when you design your very own sailboats! Bring playdoh and we will provide the rest!
