Dance Workshop 12:00-12:30: Explore elements of creative movement through self- expression and play! Join Claudia Anata for a 30 minute class focused on developing self awareness, problem solving skills and fun through movement exploration. The class will begin with a rigorous and engaging warm up and progress to group choreography centered around mindful performance practices. Ages 3-9 welcome. Parents are encouraged to attend with younger children.
