- 2–5 pm - live music, choral and dance performances from Marin’s top schools and groups, including the Happy Feet Holiday Hoofers and more.
- 2:30 pm - Santa’s Appearance and Photo Op
- 3 pm on stage - Jump, Jive and Swing with crowd favorites Steve Lucky and the Rhumba Bums
- 5 pm - Tree Lighting with Mayor
