Join Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Francois Houdré and his team as they unveil the incredible 12-foot-tall Sugar Castle in the lobby of the Westin St. Francis. Resembling a French Chateau, the castle weighs more than 1200 pounds with over 20 grand circular towers and 30+ rooms with illuminated windows. It is surrounded by a quaint village and a running train. The castle was created in 2005 and becomes more extravagant with each passing year. It will be on display November 23, 2022–January 2, 2023.

The public is encouraged to attend and will enjoy complimentary hot chocolate and cookies.
