Infant Massage Class

This is a 2-part course, held on Friday, July 24 and Friday, July 31.
?When you sign up for the class on Friday, July 24, you will automatically be enrolled in the second part of the course on Friday, July 31.
For infants 0-4 months old.
Certified Infant Massage Instructors lead a two-part course to teach parents how to perform infant massage. Instruction is tailored to the individual needs of the infant and their parent(s).
Infant massage supports infant-parent bonding as well as regulation, social-emotional, cognitive and physical development. Massage can improve the overall functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, promotes sleep cycles and improves sensory and body awareness.
Instructional materials and lotion will be provided. Parents should bring a blanket, pillow or yoga mat.
Child care is not provided for siblings, so please plan accordingly. If at all possible, please feed your infant 30 minutes prior to class.
