This class is for babies (pre-crawlers ;-) and their parents and caregivers. You'll spend the hour connecting with your little one through song, mindful movement, dance, massage, meditation, and sharing with other parents/caregivers. Come prepared to sing, dance, stretch, breathe, laugh, love and smile! Drop-in cost: $16.
