JAMboodas - Kids (0-4) plus caregivers

This class is for children ages 0-4 and their parents and caregivers. These kids are really on the move, and need to jump, shake, shimmy, twirl, sway, rock, stomp, clap, laugh, hug and be hugged in order for their brains and hearts to grow strong, loving and wise. And everybody benefits when the grown-ups join in! You?ll spend the hour rocking out to the award-winning songs and dances of Charity and the JAMband, via creative movement, dramatic play, percussion jams, singalongs, scarf dancing, yoga, mindfulness, and lots of love.
