Learn to Pier Fish

Join rangers to learn the basics of fishing from a pier. A limited number of poles and bait will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid California fishing license is required when fishing from the shore, not from the pier. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed. Park entrance fee waived for participants. Save time on the day of the event by signing in now. Illness, adverse weather, or poor air quality may cancel; if in doubt please check the events calendar or call (415) 435-9212 two hours before the event to confirm the status.
