Mid-Winter Break Camps with Mill Valley Recreation

The Mill Valley Recreation Department is offering 3 different camps for children during the mid-winter school break. For 7-12 year olds we have the Page to Stage Camp, held Tues through Friday (2/17-2/20) from 9:30 to 3:30. Campers study dance and theater, engaging in all aspects of producing a show, including rehearsals and costume and set development. Children will write their own theater piece, with performances on the final day at 3 pm. Fee: $201
Steve Horning’s Baseball Camp will run from Tuesday through Thursday (2/17-2/19) from 9 to 1, for 6-11 year olds. All players will hone their skills in throwing, fielding, base running, and more, with live games played. This is a great tune-up for 2015 Little League season! Some baseball playing experience required. Fee: $200
We also are offering the Boyle Park Tennis Camp from Tuesday through Friday (2/17-2/20), with morning, afternoon, or full day options for ages 5-13 years old. Drop-in only is available on Monday, 2/16. There will be instruction in stroke technique, footwork, hand-eye coordination, scoring, and more, as well as games and lots of fun. Loaner racquets are available. Fee: $237 full day; $125 half day
