As a loving parent or caregiver, you always want what’s best for your child. And while it’s important to encourage their passions and interests, it’s equally essential to take time to connect with them on a deeper level. This workshop is designed to strengthen the bond between you and your child while promoting well-being and peace in your home.
During this workshop, you and your child will participate in a variety of fun and engaging activities including yoga, guided chakra meditation, and an introduction to reiki.
Dates of Workshop: March 26 (Deadline to register is March 23), April 30 (Deadline to register is April 27), June 11 (Deadline to register is June 8). Sign up for one, two, or all three workshops. It’s your choice!

Workshop Time: 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
Who this workshop is for: One parent/caregiver and one child ages 7-10
Rate: $75 per pair for one workshop or $195 for all three workshops (limited spaces available)
