Mindful Movement with Maggie - Mom + Baby

For Moms with pre-crawling babies, join me to experience my new class format combined with yoga for baby!
Class is a 30 minute mobility flow workout for Mom (Can be done with baby in a carrier or front pack.)
Followed by 20 minutes of yoga for the pre-crawling baby.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for baby.
