A NEAT Night: The 2015 Family Gala

This event is expired.
Enjoy a special night of art, food, and entertainment for the whole family! The Museum’s annual Family Gala is the Bay Area’s original family-friendly museum party with a delicious dinner buffet that even kids will love, wine and signature cocktails for adults, and fun activities throughout The Museum that explore the intersection of art and technology.
See a giant Rube Goldberg machine in action, shake it up on an LED dance floor that lights up under your feet, step into the LED arcade for some neon foosball, make your own Minecraft dessert, and much more. Toddlers enjoy their very own space where they can create magic with light and shadow, and teens can hang out together in a special lounge with a DJ, silent disco, temporary tattoo making, and more.
A NEAT Night takes its inspiration from The Museum’s newest exhibition, NEAT: New Experiments in Art and Technology, featuring the work of nine Bay Area artists and artistic teams who create exciting, kinetic, and interactive art using digital technology.
Proceeds from A NEAT Night support The Museum’s educational, family, and community programs.
Tickets available November 1, 2015.
