This is a free community event open to the public.

Mount Tamalpais School is excited to present Julie King in our Parent Education Speaker Series. 

Join bestselling author and consultant, Julie King, for an evening focused on building respectful, compassionate relationships with young children. With engaging, real-life examples, Julie shares tips to help increase cooperation and good will with children, while strengthening their character and self-esteem. Leave with practical strategies that can be implemented immediately to improve communication and discipline and enhance relationships at home. Q&A and book signing to follow the presentation.

Julie King has been educating and supporting parents and professionals since 1995. In addition to her work with individual parents and couples, she is a highly regarded parenting workshop leader and public presenter. King is co-author, together with Joanna Faber, of How To Talk So LITTLE Kids Will Listen: A Survival Guide to Life with Children Ages 2 – 7 (Simon and Schuster), as well as the companion app, Pocket Parent (available for iOS and Android).
