Parenting as a Team, Even When You Disagree (all ages)

More often than not, parents have different ideas when it comes to raising kids. This workshop will focus on how you can back each other up, and do so willingly, through a process of negotiation and compromise. Discussion will focus on creating a parenting plan by identifying important rules and agreed-upon discipline techniques to fall back on when conflicts arise. Topics will include the three basic levels of family ground rules, a bigger picture reflection on what values parents should instill in their children, and strategies for dealing with disagreements when they arise.
