Picture Book author Salina Yoon reads and signs her new book Be My Friend

DIESEL, A Bookstore is pleased to welcome Salina Yoon to discuss and sign her new picture book, Be a Friend, on Sunday, January 24th at 2pm. Salina Yoon is the prolific author/illustrator of more than 100 books for children, including the much loved book Penguin & Pinecone. Her brand new book Be A Friend is the story of a mime named Dennis and an unlikely friendship. It's a heartwarming story of self-acceptance, courage, and unbreakable friendship for anyone who has ever felt "different".
