Pixie Park Open House (at Marin Art & Garden Center)

Pixie Park is a volunteer-run cooperative playground for children age six and under. Surrounded by redwoods in the beautiful Marin Art and Garden Center, the park is open every day to its members. The park has fun, safe play structures and swings for small children and beautiful trellises that shade picnic tables. The park is unique in that it is gated and requires a key to get in and to get out, thereby ensuring that children will not leave without their parents’ knowledge.
Our Open Houses are a great way to learn about the history of Pixie Park and what it means to belong to our Co-Op Playground. The New Member Open House is conducted in a casual environment where you can speak to a Board member about the benefits and responsibilities of being a Pixie family, as well as ask questions and meet other prospective families. After learning about the park, interested families can sign-up and receive their key.
