In their 10th program, SEEDS will show an episode of Bluey called, “Dance Mode,” which focuses on listening to and expressing your “inside voice” or how you feel on the inside. After the episode, we’ll discuss our inside and outside voices and play some fun dance games together! As usual, we will open the program with a “tune in” of calming breathing exercises. Presented by SEEDS. Grades K-3. Registration required. Please register children only, adults are welcome to attend with their child.
