A drop-in New Moms Group to get ideas, resources, support, and wisdom as you begin to find your footing as a new parent. Kelly facilitates a casual discussion on the challenges that arise with feeding, sleep, childcare, postpartum healing and mental health, identity, motherhood+work, partner dynamics, etc.

Babies (0-8 months) attend group. This group is appropriate for parents with babies 0-8 months old. Attendees can bring lunch/food. Pomegranate provides a scale for baby weight check as well as tea.
