The Presidio's Memorial Day Commemoration

The Presidio’s annual Memorial Day commemoration includes a parade of the 191st Army Band, veterans’ organizations and distinguished guests. It starts at 10:30 am at the Main Post and ends at the San Francisco National Cemetery. The formal program begins at 11 am and includes music and remarks by military and civilian dignitaries. At noon, a 21-gun salute by the U.S. Army’s 75th Pacific Division signals the end of the program. A tour of the cemetery by rangers and docents follows.
