It's Spring Break, and the Bay Area Discovery Museum (BADM) in Sausalito will be open all week for family fun! Usually open Wednesday through Sunday, the museum will open its doors for hands-on educational fun Monday through Sunday, April 10 through 14, from 9 am to 4 pm. Explore hands-on exhibits "Cardboard City" and "Paint My Ride", explore Lookout Cove, take part in a special spring pop-up, and more!

Daily programs include Earthquake Testing, the BADM Beach, the Mud Kitchen, the Instrument Walk, Hopscotch Reimagined, and the Imagination Playground. Check out their full list of daily programs here.

Located at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge on 7.5 acres of National Park land in Sausalito, BADM features outdoor and indoor exhibition spaces and daily programs for children 6 months of age to 10 years. 

Reserve Tickets

To reserve your visit, select the day you wish to visit. From there, select an entry time. There is no time limit to your visit, however, please arrive within the timeframe on your tickets.

General Admission

  • $1 – For EBT Cardholders ($1 per family member of the household)
  • $15 – Baby (ages 6-11 months)
  • $18 – Child (ages 1-17)
  • $18 – Adult (ages 18-64)
  • $16 – Senior (ages 65+)
