Join FIT4MOM Marin for our yearly "Egg"-Ceptional Stroller Strides workout. Get ready for fun and games, Egg Hunt, Spring Mini Photo Session and of course... SWEAT!
Bring your little one to class dressed in his or her Springtime best! Capturing Grace Photography will be attending our class and will be offering mini portrait sessions for the littles! (SIGN UP REQUIRED).
Members will receive a complimentary retouched image from the photographer to post and share with family and friends. All retouched images will be available online for members to order prints as desired. Full details will be available at the event.
SPRING PHOTO SESSION SIGN UP:
The first 15 moms that enroll for class on our website at marin.fit4mom.com and then emails karin@fit4mom.com is guaranteed a spot for the photo session. After 15 sign ups we will go by waitlist and time permitted.
There will be an Easter Egg Hunt for the kiddos immediately following class. Please bring Easter baskets or your Easter Bags made at playgroup for them to collect their eggs.
WHEN: THURSDAY, April 2nd, 9:30AM
WHERE: Civic Center Lagoon Park, San Rafael
The class consists of a warm up, a power walk/optional running and "stations" where we do a variety of body toning exercises. We use exercise tubing (which we provide you with), the stroller and the environment to create our gym. If your baby is fussy, our instructors will gladly help rocking your stroller or show you exercises that you can do with your baby. You can also bring a baby carrier for smaller babies.
Just about any kind of stroller will do so long as it's not prone to tipping. We also suggest you bring WATER, snacks, toys, a hat or sunblock for both you and your child, and a towel or mat for our ground exercises.
Your first class is ALWAYS FREE!!! Come try us out! Classes start on time, so for your first class please come 10 minutes early to load up your little one. To be gifted your first class free, please register at www.marin.fit4mom.com.
