Please join us for a really fun fitness class with a fabulous group of Mamas and their kiddo(s). This is the ultimate mommy & me time AND we are outside in the beautiful Hauke Park in Mill Valley! You and your little ones will have FUN, get some fresh AIR and mom will get a great WORKOUT. You will definitely share a laugh and make some new mom friends which is SO important on this path of motherhood. You don't need to do it alone, Mama, join us!!

Stroller Barre® is designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Your first class is complimentary! Pack some water, a mat, snacks/blankets/books/bottle etc for the kiddos and of course your stroller! Can't wait to meet you!
