Western Railway Museum Pumpkin Patch Festival
Celebrate the fall season at the Western Railway Museum's annual Pumpkin Patch Festival! Enjoy a scenic train ride to our famous Gum Grove Farm, where you'll find one of Solano County's favorite pumpkin patches and a full day of family-friendly fun.
Your admission includes unlimited train rides to and from the Pumpkin Patch and access to most festival activities (pumpkin chucking sold separately). Enjoy favorites such as a giant hay fort, zipline, tractor rides, petting zoo, live music, and more. Food, beverages, and pumpkins will be available for purchase from our local Rotary Clubs.
Festival dates: October 10–11, 17–18 & 24–25
Train Schedule:

The first Pumpkin Train departs the Museum at 10:00 AM.

Trains depart approximately every 30 minutes throughout the day.

The last train departing from the Pumpkin Patch back to the Museum is 4:30 PM.

On Sunday, October 25, the last return train departs the Pumpkin Patch at 4:00 PM.
To make the most of your visit, we recommend arriving before 3:00 PM so you'll have plenty of time to ride the train and enjoy all the Pumpkin Patch activities.
Tickets sell out fast! Reserve your tickets early. Food, beverages, pumpkins, and pumpkin chucking are sold separately.
