Witch Bells Halloween Craft

Join us for a magical afternoon at the library as we create enchanting Witch Bells! Let your creativity flow as we wrap bells, charms, and jars with crystals around a ring to form beautiful, vine-like decorations. Perfect for adding a touch of whimsy to your space. All materials will be provided.
