We are interested in your property for rent. Is it furnished or unfurnished? Just to confirm it is 3 bedrooms plus an office. Do you have demensions of the bedrooms? we have 2 little girls and a baby on the way (2 and 5). We used to live in the condo's next to sycamore park so we know the area well and are relocating back to the area from LA. Looking for a Nov 1 lease start for 15-24 months and have no pets, great credit and own several rental properties so will take good care. Would agree to 2 months notice and help release if we left.
