Our phenomenal former nanny Isa is available starting immediately.  She took wonderful care of my son and another boy in a nanny share starting when the kids were 6mo and 1 year until they were both old enough for preschool. As first time moms, she got both of our sons on a daytime nap schedule. My son is now an excellent sleeper. Isa created a calm and stable envirnoment for the kids and taught me so much about parenting. She's a great communicator and would often greet me at the end of the day with the important things that happened (be it a great nap, weird eating habits, a boo boo at the park, you name it).  Isa speaks fluent English and Spanish and will teach your children both! She's also good about sending pictures to keep us updated during the day. She drives safely, makes meals, and takes them all over Marin to different parks and activities - keeping it interesting.
