Bad Oral Health

Hello all,

My son who loves chocolates is suffering from tooth decay. I brush him twice a day. But even after all my efforts, I don't know why his tooth decay so fast. Even though I don't let him have chocolates every day his tooth is decaying. I’ve been trying a few home remedies to stop the decaying. Some of them seem to work, some don't. But these are all temporary relief only. I discussed this with my friend, she suggested visiting a family dentistry in Ajax. As per her instruction, I took the appointment with the dentist over there. The tooth does not look good. I think the doctor might suggest removing the decayed tooth.

If he does, I want to know how the procedure is going to be and how painful it is going to be? What are the things I should take care of before tooth extraction? Can someone please share your views?
