We recently moved to Tiburon and searching for a new nanny and family to nanny share with.   We have a 2yr old boy and ideally looking for another kid around the same age.  Current hours needed are 12 pm - 5 or 6 pm M-F (we can be flexible if more hours are needed). 

Nanny nice-to-haves:  driving (to pick up our son from preschool less than a half mile from our house), Spanish speaking to continue what our amazing previous nanny taught our son thus far.
