good source for nannies

Hi everyone,

Can someone recommend a good agency for hiring a part-time nanny. I found rent-a-parent in Tiburon. Anyone know if they are a good source?

She's a childcare consultant in Sausalito who specializes in placing qualified nannies with families. She's not cheap but does great work and comes highly recommended.
