Hello,

I am a mother of 4 with children ranging from 9 years old to 5 months old. Since I worked full time, and became a single parent, I had to find a daycare that I could trust with my children. After a long search, I had found someone whom I could trust and felt the need to share her with other mothers. My daughter and son who are two years apart both started Nilda's at six weeks old. While working full time in SF, Nilda loving cared for my children. As a single mother at that time my job was very important and Nilda worked around my schedule and allowed me to have peace of mind that my children were well taken care of. Both of the children stayed at Nilda's until they began Kindergarten. As the children grew older, Nilda worked with them similar to a preschool and they began kindergarten right along their peers. Now that I have a newborn and are married, we only trusted Nilda to raise our infant. Her safe (and very clean) home is a fantastic environment where children are surrounded with fun, learning and lots of love. I seriously could not express to you how much I recommend Nilda as a care giver. She has literally raised my children, helped me in emergencies, and I have her listed on my children's school contact list. Another benefit at Nilda's is that both of my children became bilingual. Nilda speaks both spanish and english, but the children primarily will learn Spanish during the day. This helped tremendously as both of my school aged children had spanish lessons in kindergarten. They excelled with their language and now speak to each other in spanish at home which I like.

I learned the hard way years ago when a caregiver broke my first child's leg and was hospitalized for 10 days. After the law suit she was eventually shut down. Thank goodness!!!
