- See Pixar's Cars 2 on the big screen at the Lark Theater in Larkspur, Saturday, 9 am & Sunday, 3 pm.
- The Fairfax Festival & Ecofest returns with a parade, music, food and drink, arts and crafts, kids' entertainment, Ecofest, and flea market, Saturday & Sunday, starting at 10 am
- Splash and play at the water park at Spring Lake Regional Park in Santa Rosa, Saturday & Sunday, 10:30 am–5 pm.
- The free Novato Festival of Art, Wine & Music returns to downtown Novato, Saturday, 11 am–7 pm, Sunday, 11 am–6 pm.
- Novato's Hamilton Pool opens for the summer season this weekend, Saturday & Sunday, noon–5 pm.
Friday, June 6
- Bring the little ones to Pop-Up Storytime in the Park, Hauke Park in Mill Valley, 10:15–10:45 am.
- Enjoy a free performance from Red Panda Acrobats at Yerba Buena Gardens in San Francisco, 2 shows: 11 am & noon.
- Bring the family for Concert on the Green with the Anthony Arya Band, Novato Civic Green on Sherman, 6–8 pm.
- June 6: Annie Sampson and her Band perform in Sausalito's Gabrielson Park at Jazz & Blues by the Bay, Friday, 6:30–8 pm
