Starting in October, our nanny will be available to take on another family (we currently share her and so she will still have one 15 month old until December) - or in January, she'll be available for two families to do a nanny share. She is absolutely wonderful and we can't say enough good things about her so we want to help her find new families to work for. She was previously the assistant at our daycare before becoming our nanny, so she has great experience and the kids absolutely love her. She was never late and never missed a day of work, and is open to anywhere in Marin. She cooks delicious organic food for the kids (and we enjoy the leftovers), does some light cleaning and laundry, and takes the kids out to the park every day to play. Spanish-speaking but her English is good, we had no trouble communicating at all, especially about the kids - she would give us a full report each day when we got home.
