My son, husband and I live in Greenbrae and are looking for a nanny share or similar situation with another southern Marin family with a baby of a similar age (about 6 to 18 months).

Our son is currently about 9 months old and in daycare. We've decided that we'd prefer more individualized attention so are seeking an immediate nanny share situation.

Our home is about five minutes from 101 off of Sir Francis Drake. We are flexible as to whether the kids would be watched at our place versus yours, or alternating between the two homes, assuming you live relatively close by (Greenbrae, Larkspur, Corte Madera, Mill Valley, or southern San Rafael).

We both work full time in SF (Monday through Friday) and, as such, would need child care from approximately 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM each weekday.

We are also open to other solutions, such as our son being watched by a stay-at-home mom who would like to make extra money caring for another child.

We hope to pay about $10 per hour, for a total of $20 per hour, which seems to generally be the going rate for two children.

Please note that we are not seeking a temporary situation; we need the other family to make a commitment of at least a year.
