Hi all, we're looking to start or join a nanny share.

What we're looking for:
* 18-30 hours per week (exact hours/days are flexible, though we prefer no more than 7 hours per day).
* Either hosted at our home in Tam Valley or split hosting (nearby would be ideal).
* Start anytime. We're ready to start right away but could wait a bit for the right fit.
* My son is almost 10 months right now but we're open to a similar or different age.

At the moment we don't have a nanny in mind but we're looking. (Any suggestions of nannies who are great with a share situation would be welcome as well!)
