I'm seeking a wonderful nanny, ideally Spanish speaking with safe driving record to help me out for between 6-8 hours on Tuesdays. Either starting at 9:30-2:30 or 930-5:30 Hours have some flexibility.

I have 5 yr old twin boys. I want someone great at setting limits in a loving, patient but firm way. Prefer someone who does not use only the "time out" chair but uses words, negotiation or more creative ways to set limits.

SOmeone creative, playful, warm who will put kids ahead of their cell phone use. A nanny who does not use the TV. Someone energetic, active, creative.

Light cooking, cleaning help needed. Some driving needed.
