Corte Madera Barnes & Noble Hosts Bookfair to Benefit Brandeis Hillel Day School
Brandeis Hillel Day School will host a special Children’s Hanukah Concert at Barnes & Noble Corte Madera on Sunday, December 7th at 11am, featuring Bay Area musicians Isaac Zones & Melita Silberstein. Isaac is a San Francisco based musician specializing in Jewish, spiritual, folk and family music. He teaches music classes, leads prayer services, does concerts and performs for weddings and other celebrations. Isaac plays with a party/simcha band - Shamati. Melita is a music teacher and musician in Berkeley, CA. Alongside teaching she is a founding member of two popular Bay Area children’s bands – Octopretzel and Kid Kaleidoscope. This concert is free and open to the public.
Support Brandeis Hillel Day School of Marin at Barnes & Noble in Corte Madera, CA. In an effort to raise funds for their school, which seeks to “serve the Jewish community by providing children with an outstanding academic program in general and Judaic studies within a dynamic and diverse Jewish cultural environment,” Brandeis Hillel Day School or Marin is working together with Barnes & Noble Booksellers by hosting a Bookfair at the Corte Madera store.
From Friday, December 5th to Sunday, December 7th, Barnes & Noble will contribute a percentage of every sale made with a special Bookfair voucher (bookfair ID #11520913) to Brandeis Hillel Day School or Marin.
