Meet the one and only Cat in the Hat on Monday, March 2 from 3-5 pm at Powell's Sweet Shoppe in Downtown Novato. There will be goodie bags and child size Gelato--$5 per child. Face painting for $2. 10% of all sales generated during the event housrs will go to the Novato Public Schools.
