Spring Yoga Mini Retreat for Pre/Postnatal Mamas and All Women

As the Seasons change, our energy, diet, and yoga practice changes as well. Come explore the different aspects of creating balance during seasonal transitions and embracing the unique offerings of each time of year.
Spring marks the beginning of more light and more available prana or energy. This workshop will tie together how diet, yoga, visualization, meditation, aroma, and breath can add to the gifts of the expansive Season of Spring. Come blossom with other women; all stages of life and yoga experience are welcome (age 16 & up) to enjoy this moderate flow and gentle/restorative yoga practice. Light snacks, tea, recipes, and a written yoga sequence provided.
