Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of holiday joy, while shopping for Shone Farm’s artisanal wine, food, and crafts on December 12th, 11am-3pm. Parents, bring the kids to see Farmer Santa and his elves hard at work making goodies and decorating their “Tiny House.” Taste Shone Farm wines, “Olio Nuevo” from the 2015 harvest and freshly cured olives, and give the gift of artisan goods, while supporting your community college Ag and Wine Programs. SRJC’s 365-acre Russian River Valley Shone Farm is where students learn the art and science of cultivating, harvesting, crafting, and marketing farm-to-table agricultural products. This academic laboratory grows farmers, winemakers, and stewards of the land through hands-on participation and pioneering research and techniques. At Shone Farm, sustainable relationships and practices are forged for the future of the land, SRJC students, and our community.
