Pomegranate is a niche studio where you can connect with other expecting moms, with your baby, and with your changing body. All of our instructors have prenatal yoga teacher certifications in addition to yoga teacher trainings. We offer prenatal yoga classes 7 days/week at optimal times that include 2 Strong Flow classes,1 evening options, and multiple classes with childcare. Stay fit while you gather the strength, support, and wisdom you’ll need for labor and mothering.
