Wednesday, July 20, at 7PM, Larkspur Library presents a talk about the National Park Service Centennial. The Centennial will kick off a second century of stewardship of America's national parks and engaging communities through recreation, conservation, and historic preservation programs. National Park Rangers Allan Blank from Marin Headlands, and Emily Levine from Muir Woods, and Kay Payne, NPS Community Outreach Supervisor, will be here to share the history and resources of our National Parks, programs and opportunities to volunteer. Great event for families with older children.
