Early Education: welcome to French Maternelle
The Maternelle is a warm and nurturing environment, where children as early as 2.5yrs old begin to learn and socialize while acquiring the building blocks needed for future academic success in French and English.
Children are encouraged to discover and explore in a structured, yet open atmosphere that facilitates and inspires learning at this young age.
Authentic French immersion
French is not just a subject. It is the language used to learn, socialize, play, explore, sing, talk over lunch, and even rest to at naptime. Students become truly bilingual and bicultural.
Academic Excellence
Our academic programs are based on the French national curriculum with a strong emphasis on English, other languages, and are comprehensive and internationally recognized.
LFSF students learn working skills, organizational skills, and critical thinking.
Innovation labs (STEAM) and open learning (Individualized education and personalized support) further strengthen our curriculum.
A complete education and a full day
Arts, Sports and Culture are part of the curriculum. Students are welcome as early as 7:45 am and until 6 pm with daycare and a wide selection of after school activities. Bilingual camps offered during breaks and summer.
