Meddy Teddy: Kids Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness Class

YogaWorks Novato has partnered with Meddy Teddy to bring you a 1 hour Kids Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation Class. Kids will learn age appropriate yoga poses, breathing techniques and beginning meditation with the help of Meddy, the bendable teddy bear. Open to kids ages 5-10 years old, children will gain a sense of focus and develop skills to help them manage stress. This class will be positive, mindful and most of all FUN!
