There is this "magical" business that goes into preschools and teaches 2 1/2 to 5 1/2 year-old children the beginnings of ballet, tap and creative movement. It is extremely popular and a rewarding, happy and money-making concern. The contracts for Fall are in place and schools are mostly in Novato and San Rafael/Terra Linda. I need to sell due to a family illness.
