I wanted to recommend a great music class that my 4 year old son is currently taking. Melissa, a Novato Mothers Club member, offers a Kindermusik class called ABC Music and Me for ages 4 - 6 years. Each month has a different theme, Marching to a Parade and Learning about the Composers to name a few. My son has learned a variety of musical terms, rhythm, notation, musical symbols and keyboard, string and woodwind instruments. It's a great way to learn the basics before learning an instrument.
