Best way to find a GREAT nanny in Southern Marin area?
We're moving back to the Bay area from out of state and I NEED a great Nanny ASAP! (we were in the upper peninsula previously...) I will be starting up classes as of the 22nd and must have a great nanny by then (my schedule is variable w/some early mornings (like 5:30 - 6:00 am) and other late evenings, so preschool just doesn't cover it...) We'll be in town as of the 8th, so I have a really short window for in-person interviews and selection. HELP!!!!
