We have a beautiful and sweet-spirited 15 month old boy and we need help taking care of him so we can keep up with our jobs. I work from home four days a week and my husband works from home one day a week. When we’re working, we must focus on work and not on our child (as much as we’d like).

Required Experience:

* Experience caring for toddlers
* MUST speak fluent English
* Infant CPR & first aid certified
* At least 3 (nanny) work references
* A love of children – this is not just a job, this is helping to raise our son
* Non-smoker
* Your own transportation to/from our Novato home

We’ll need you at our home about 30 hours a week, generally 8:00 to 4:00 Tuesday through Friday. The schedule is a little flexible, allowing room for me to take baby to Kindermuzik, gymnastics, etc.

We’ll expect you to do the following with him:
* Play
* Read
* Go for strolls/walks
* Go to the playground
* Change diapers
* Put him down for his nap
* Prepare and feed him his meals

When he’s napping, we’ll expect you to do some light house keeping such as straightening up the baby’s room and doing baby’s laundry and/or dishes.

Pay flexible, depending on experience.
