i LOVE the teachers at Bright Horizons, but have experienced a lot of issues with Barb (their director) and almost four years later.... I have encountered a lot of families with similar experiences to mine. She has this thing about energetic children being too energetic and then proceeds to diagnose them (as if she were licensed to). I met another mom of an energetic boy that was in tears because they told her to take her 4 year old to his pediatrician because something was wrong with him - which nothing was. I would definitely consider an alternative Bright Horizons School for my children, but that is my opinion. I do think that they are very sweet and caring in the infant room and toddler room! Like I said, I LOVE the teachers but could do without their director.
